Our mission
The Neuchâtel Red Cross focuses on local activities and helps the vulnerable population in the region. Our services are aimed more particularly at elderly people living at home, families and their children.
Founded in 1890, the Neuchâtel Red Cross is one of the 24 cantonal member associations of the Swiss Red Cross. We have three sites; one in La Chaux-de-Fonds where we have our headquarters, another in Neuchâtel and a last one in Fleurier in the Val-de-Travers.
Our simple and accessible structures allow us to adapt quickly to social changes, to offer quality services, to ensure centralized management in the service of the regions and to act efficiently with our resources.
As a cantonal association of the Swiss Red Cross, we respect The Seven Fundamental Principles at the basis of all our action.
